2020 table in sandbox[edit]

Abbasi786786. If you need more recent data, this is the latest I could easily find:

I couldn't figure out exactly how you got your current data for the map.

I also couldn't figure out exactly how the data in the list article was found. I am referring to this version:

I think it is older data anyway. So I may copy the sandbox map over after adding flags, links, etc..--Timeshifter (talk) 04:03, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Timeshifter: Please read the description of this file, I have a direct link to my data source along with a considerable description. You are certainly correct, though, it is six years out of date. I am likely to update it sometime soon. -- Abbasi786786 (talk) 01:30, 3 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Abbasi786786. You link to:
https://data.census.gov/table?q=S1701%3A+POVERTY+STATUS+IN+THE+PAST+12+MONTHS&tid=ACSST5Y2020.S1701
But I have no clue how you got from there to the data for your map. There might be newer data there. I am looking to create a US poverty rates chloropleth map with the rate numbers on the map. See:
File talk:Template map of usa states and dc.svg#Is Google Sheet functional?
Could you explain step-by-step exactly how you get poverty rates for all US states, etc. from that source you link to? I may use those rates if they are newer. And I may use other data from data.census.gov if I can figure it out. Others reading this may do so too.
