Misspelling[edit]

KDS444, this interesting, visually stunning picture caught my eye on the main page of English Wikipedia. I thought I would note a misspelling, an uncommon spelling, and a small matter of copyediting in the current graphic.

A label toward the bottom reads "Pre- and post-occular tentacles". "Occular" should be "ocular".

Also, a label toward the top reads "Location of oesophogeal nerve ring". "Oesophogeal" is a much less common spelling of "esophageal". (The former spelling is British English, the latter spelling is American English.) Google Ngram Viewer reports the spelling "esophageal" is almost 5 times more common than "oesophogeal". Perhaps more tellingly, searching within the august British scientific journal Nature for "oesophogeal" returns 2 results, whereas "esophageal" returns 19,600 results. As a matter of copyediting, would simply "Esophageal nerve ring" be better than "Location of esophageal nerve ring"? Isn't the phrase "location of" assumed, and superfluous?
