It was not the "second atomic attack on that city", it was the second attack conducted with nuclear weapons. Also, the title page is incporrect; it was NOT the second atomic blast in history. You forget the Trinity test.

The English caption says "...6 weeks after the city was destroyed by the world's second atomic bomb attack". That doesn't imply that it was the second attack on that city, nor does it say it was the second atomic blast in history.
