Reading of the Nonius[edit]
There seem to be different opinions on the reading of the measured nonius value in the picture. But that is what metrologists expect. They call it reading error. Therefore we have to make an experiment here: Please look at the image in the highest available resolution and try to read the nonius at your best. Then enter your value and your signature in the following table. After - lets say 5 - entries we use the median value as suggested reading in the image description.
