No it is not - by which law it should be PD? Marcus Cyron (talk) 15:07, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
more than 70 years, author unknown, UE law, --Madelgarius (talk) 15:10, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
This is not written there. And we don't need to discuss this longer. This is not the way I like it, but this is the way on Commons this is seen and used. Marcus Cyron (talk) 15:44, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
(not sure to understand you) "If the work is anonymous or a collaborative work (e.g. an encyclopedia), it is typically in the public domain 70 years after the date of the first publication". Never had any problems on Commons with that since four years. Check my contributions here, you 'll have a lot of work. Anonymous work = date of first publication + 70 years --Madelgarius (talk) 15:52, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Can you remove the deletion request on this picture? --Madelgarius (talk) 15:56, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
No. But I think, I should check your other contributions. As long we have rules, we need to follow them. Marcus Cyron (talk) 16:28, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Great! Commons rules (that you seem to not understand) and, in any way, are not stronger than UE Law. The purpose of Commons is to illustrate WP, that's a part of my job on fr:WP. With sad fellows as you I would think twice next time. Be more Catholic than the Pope and you 'll save the world (or not). --Madelgarius (talk) 16:36, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
