Hi, I am enquiring if Marcia Angell deals with the Canadian Health crisis too or if she could refer me to someone dealing with similar issues. As well as Government Health Programs for Rehab for addictions. In Canada we suffer from the lack of mental health help in all addiction rehabs, although I found your site from a new article on CAMH.
