Flag is horizontal[edit]

I have never seen any source for a Durham flag in vertical format that doesn't seem to be traceable back to the original image here itself. The flag has served as as the main component of several iterations of the Durham logo/branding scheme, but that doesn't mean that the flag-based design in the logo is the flag itself. (brand guide)

In fact, the flag is readily available in the sort of horizontal shape that is more typical of flags in that part of the world. Lacking any precise specifications, I've uploaded a new image that should be consistent with real flags seen this instagram photo, by Carrot-Top, by local politicians and another retailer. What does the city code say, if anything? – Illegitimate Barrister (talkcontribs), 23:13, 4 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I can see, it defines the seal, but not a flag. I might have missed something, though. 11:27, 16 June 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by JPD (talk • contribs) 11:27, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
