Incorrect colours[edit]

This flag should NOT be used on any wikipedia project as it is incorrect. The colours used throughout this flag are way to dark, with the biggest problem being that of the blue. The correct blue colour is a colour called colonial blue, which is a fair bit lighter then the one currently being used.
