@Cookieman1.1.1: I finally had a moment to look at this file. Thank you for working on this .svg. The sword and center section of the flag looks good. There are, howeover, some issues with the rest of the flag:.

  1. ) the default size of the image should be larger (as I've mentioned on the PR Symbols Project page) perhaps you can find a "default display size" setting?
  2. ) the rabos de armiño mentioned on the lexjuris site refer to this here here on the template on Leyes y Jurisprudencia de Puerto Rico site but as we already know, their images are blurry.
  3. ) the "official" Municipio de Carolina site has good templates.
