Yes, this photo is not 100% perfect, and my sharp eye sees more than the tilt. In principle one would need a full architectural perspective correction including a reference flatfield. The resulting smaller crop plus requantisation error from geometric remapping and rediscretisation error from JPEG compression would affect the quality.
