Copyright in Denmark

I copied this file to Commons, removed the "do not copy this file to Commons" template, and then added a "now this is also on Commons" template.

I think this is below the threshhold of originality. I got a second opinion from the Commons Copyright board as shown here.

I see in the above discussion there was wonder about whether this could be eligible for copyright in Denmark. In the 2006 upload the user said this was copyrighted. I think we have better documentation about Denmark now, and that evaluation was conservative. The deletion discussion was in 2016. There also they link to Commons:Threshold_of_originality#Denmark which I interpret to be a rationale for evaluating this as below threshhold of originality.

Because of past discussion I think it is best to have a local copy which is stable here and copy to Commons also. In the future if there is contention then someone could delete the file on Commons, or if we get more stable confirmation, delete this local copy.
