Arms within disc

I have changed the image of the Red Ensign to conform with the image given within the The Merchant Shipping (Falkland Islands Colours) Order 1998, the 1998 Statutory Instrument that adopted the ensign. However, at FOTW, there seems to be confusion about the disc. I leave it up to others to figure it out; the best practice is for the Commons to follow the laws. Hoshie 10:21, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
