The source link of the image http://cinemela.com/cinemela-2011/ you have mentioned in the reason itself says that the image is under creative commons license and the author is pkray11 (it's me). Kindly remove the notice of removal.

Ah, now we're getting closer. I didn't see that, are you sure that was there before, or was it added recently? But anyway, the license mentioned there is cc-by-nc-3.0, a non-commercial license. Non-commercial CC licenses as well as those that forbid derivatives (nd) are not allowed on Commons, so that still is not sufficient. If you are indeed the person who created this logo yourself, you could give it any additional license you choose of course, including the cc-by-sa-3.0 license the file shows now. But you'd have to prove somehow that you really are this person, because anybody could register here with (almost) any user name. I suggest you either change the license at http://cinemela.com/cinemela-2011/ or send a permission by e-mail to the Commons OTRS system, see Commons:OTRS.
