Vector version?

The "vector version" template led, via a redirect, to a file with different dimensions, therefore not suitable to replace this one. So I deleted the template.
This file was unsuitable for most current uses because it included obsolete region boundaries. I therefore reverted to the previous version which, conveniently, shows only département boundaries: these are still current.
If there really is a vector version of this file somewhere, one that shows current region boundaries, that would be better still, but I can't find one. Andrew Dalby (talk) 12:16, 12 December 2016 (UTC)
