Yugoslavia

I have put the boundary between Serbia and Montenegro in light gray on this map. This due to the fact that the US (and some other countries) did not recognize the third Yugoslavia as a country or as a successor to the communist Yugoslavia during this time period. For a US Gov source, see [1]. For a non-US Gov source, see [2] (also notice the copyright date on the map). This all changed in 2000, when Milosevic was overthrown.
