Montreal

[edit]

Montreal has way over 1,000,000 people. It should probably be included. --Arctic Gnome (talkcontribs) 18:12, 25 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is included. I believe it is implied that Montreal is the eastern most city in that span of South Canadian cities, although it may be positioned a little too far west. Ottawa should be removed to. Regards, Bogdan що? 18:31, 25 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Definition

[edit]

What is the criteria for putting cities on the map? If the definition from :en:Metropolis is used, then i.e. :en:Copenhagen shouldn't be on the map, but if you use the United Nations definition ( :en:Metropolis#_note-0) then it should. --Hebster (talk) 17:16, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Map incorrect

[edit]

This map is completely incorrect. In Germany for instance, ther're just 3 cities with more than 1 mio. inhabitants, whats about dubai & abu dhabi in VAE? The cities in Iran are at the wrong place... we have to delete this map from this page. I already mentioned this in the main discussion page --Englishazadipedia (talk) 21:48, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do the dots on this map refer to cities with a million or more inhabitants, or to millions of inhabitants? There are definitely not seven cities with a million or more on the Northeast coast of the US (only two: New York and Philadelphia). --Tsk070 (talk) 20:56, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
