Summary[edit]

Description
English: I took this picture 5-4-15 in New Haven, Connecticut USA. It is a photo of the monument dedicated by the State Governor Rowland to honor the memory of John Willsher of Woodbridge, Connecticut for saving two children's lives at this location in February 1995. The Lilly Pond section of the West River was rededicated in Willsher's name though it does not appear on local maps that way.
