DESCRIPTION "Sadly, many of the best examples of architecture have been altered. Throughout the country, for instance, buildings in the Mansard style of the Colony Block are being carefully preserved. This building, even without a portion of its upper floors and third tower, is the single most exciting and monumental example of 19th century commercial construction in Keene."
