Description
English: Warning (in German) to Jews of Liepāja (German: Libau) that they are forbidden to leave their residences on Monday, December 15, and Tuesday, December 16, 1941. This was in preparation for the mass shootings of the Jews of Liepāja on December 15, 16, and 17, in which about 2,700 jews were killed.
