| Description |
't Woudt is a small village in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is located about 5 km southwest of the city of Delft, in the municipality of Midden-Delfland. It has a late Gothic church, a few farms, some houses, a lunchroom with terrace and 36 inhabitants (2006). 't Woudt is een kerkdorp in de gemeente Midden-Delfland, in de Nederlandse provincie Zuid-Holland. Het dorp ligt tussen Den Hoorn en De Lier. Het dorp, dat vaak omschreven wordt als schilderachtig dorpje tussen de weilanden, wordt reeds in 1277 genoemd. Het is een klein dorp dat bestaat uit een laatgotisch kerkje, een paar boerderijen, enkele huizen, een herberg/café, een pastorie en een kosterswoning. In 2006 woonden er 36 mensen. Sinds 1970 staat `t Woudt als beschermd dorpsaanzicht op de monumentenlijst en het kerkdorp telt 9 rijksmonumenten.
