Summary[edit]

Description
English: While giving a lecture on Customer Perceived Value: i stumbled upon the idea of making a pictorial depiction of the expected and actual product performance and how it could lead to dissatisfaction, satisfaction or delight relating to customers. I call it the V3 Chart. Why? coz on the y-axis or the "v"ertical axis i am taking a measure of expected and actual product performance along with satisfaction levels.
