Portions ofthese waters are shown more in detail on harbor charts, as notedunder the several headings, and on the index charts accompanyingthis volume. Caution.—When navigating the inside waters of British Columbia,it should be constantly borne in mind that many of the main channelsand most of the minor passages have been only roughly examined;detached bowlders from the broken shores and pinnacles of rock are ill frequently found.
