English: JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Oct. 10, 2008) Sailors aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Stephen W. Groves (FFG 29) man the rails as the ship gets closer to Jacksonville. Groves invited friends and family members along on a family day cruise as they traveled the St. Johns river to down town Jacksonville to participate in Navy birthday celebrations.
