English: San Antonio, Texas (Nov. 5, 2006) - Chief Engineman Dave Casper, left, a member of the U.S. Navy Parachute Team, the "Leap Frogs," chats about his Navy career and signs autographs for fans during the 2006 Lackland Air fest at Kelly Air Force Base. The air-fest was part of a weeklong series of commemorative celebrations honoring the military. Navy assets were participating in the final of 24 Navy Weeks carried out in 2006. Navy weeks are conducted to showcase the Navy to communities throughout America that do not have a significant everyday Navy presence.
