Description
English: Millington, Tenn. (Mar. 20, 2004) – Cmdr. Brad Neff, assigned to Navy Recruiting Command aboard Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mid-South, races his Chevrolet Corvette at the Memphis Motor Speedway in the Sports Car Club of America’s (SCCA) first national race in the Mid-West division of the 2004 season. Cmdr. Neff, an officer in the submarine community, has his 2002 Z-06 model “Vette” adorned with the title “SUBDRIVER” on the windshield and doors along with other Navy affiliations. The 41-year-old Oakland, Calif., native is in his second year of racing competitively in the Touring One (T-1) class in the SCCA amateur racing circuit.
