Summary[edit]

English: Hole in the ship's port side, between about Frame 38 and Frame 46, caused by a Japanese Type 91 aerial torpedo that hit her during the 7 December 1941 air raid. Photographed on about 19 February 1942, in Pearl Harbor Navy Yard's Drydock Number Two. The battleship's side armor is visible inside the hole's upper section.
