English: U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 2nd Class Robert Zipperer, left, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Will Strantz, both assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5, show Thai sailors how to set up a land anchor used in conjunction with a pulley system to help safely beach a towed mine during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2013 in Ban Thung Prong, Thailand, June 10, 2013. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
