Tomb of General Miramon, Mexico City, Mexico, ca.1905-1910
Photograph of the tomb of General Miramon, Mexico City, Mexico, ca.1905-1910. A stone cross sits atop the sarcophagus which rests on a raised stone platform surrounded by a decorative iron fence. It is in a crypt in which others are interred in the brick wall. The entry behind the tomb is barred by an iron gate. A balustrade runs the perimeter of the column supported ceiling around the edge.
