Description
The steamship was built by Denton, Gray and Co. in West Hartlepool in 1872 (Yard no. 135) as the Theben for the German Deutsche Dampschiffahrts-Gesellschaft Kosmos, Hamburg. In June 1873 she was bought by DFDS of Copenhagen and became the Dagmar. She was sold in February 1916 to Karl Ancher, Stockholm, Sweden and became the Runhild.
