Summary[edit]

Description Typical Texas rural speed limit sign with the 70 MPH day speed limit (white background) and the 65 MPH night speed limit (black background). Texas is one of very few states with a widespread night speed limit. Notice how the 70 digits are pasted on the sign. A lot of the 70 MPH signs in the vicinity of Beaumont have the pasted digits. This is unusual for Texas.
