Nederlands: Willibrord predikt het Christendom aan de Friezen. Sint Willibrordus (of St. Bonifatius) brengt het christelijk geloof naar de Friezen. Afgebeeld zijn twee monniken, de een staand en de ander knielend te midden van een kring van plaatselijke bewoners, rechts mannen met lange haren en baarden, links zitten vrouwen met enkele (blote) kinderen. De staande monnik heeft een kruis in de ene hand en maakt met de andere een bezwerend gebaar naar de menigte. Rechts op de achtergrond staan twee plaatselijke (heidense) priesters in lange witte gewaden. |
