The painting features the wife of the painter Olga and his son Ivan[1].
Vasily Igorevich Nesterenko (born 1967) is a Russian artist, a People's Artist of the Russian Federation, a full member of Russian Academy of Arts. Vasily Nesterenko is known as an author of realistic portraits and as a painter of religious and historical themes, his style can be described as patriotic romanticism.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 30 June 2012, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1616, Michel No 1849. Coated paper, varnish coating, bronze paste. Offset printing. Perforation: comb 11¼. Size of the stamp: 50×50 mm. Print run: 240,000.
