The picture represents a very simplified incident command board using magnets on a map board. The board shows rapidly the emergency management resources available on the accident scheme and resource on their way to the scheme.

In this case, an accident has happened on a wider area. There are five patients: four more seriously injured ones classified as "red" and one seriously injured one classified as "yellow".

A BLS ambulance from city "E" (E191) already transports a patient from the scheme to the hospital and is not available on the scheme.

An ALS ambulance from city "V" (V591) treats a red patient on the scheme.

BLS ambulances (E192, E292), a physician unit (E190) and an engine (E11) from city "E" help two red patients and one yellow patient on the scheme. An ALS ambulance (E391) and a BLS ambulance (E291) from city "E" has been alarmed and are on their way to the scheme to help these three patients too.

E391 = City E, 3 = third station, 9 = medical unit, 1 = first ambulance unit at the station
