English:

John Berg, shown throwing a ball during practice in this photograph, was from Everett, Washington and briefly played for the Seattle Indians in 1926. He had a rather short career in the Pacific Coast League, playing three games for the Indians with four at-bats, one single, and one run scored. The Seattle Indians were purchased by Emil Sick, owner of Rainier Brewery, in 1938 and renamed the Seattle Rainiers.
