Summary[edit]

Description
English: Comet Tavern, 922 East Pike Street, Capitol Hill neighborhood, Seattle, Washington. This James Schack-designed building was built in 1909 by the Bluff Building Co. and was known as the Bluff Apartments. The upper floors have been vacant and deteriorating for decades.
