中文(臺灣):萬世橋車站周邊

1882年(明治15年) 「東京名所 内神田より萬世橋近傍一覧の図」(鉄道博物館所蔵)。旧万世橋駅周辺は、「筋違見附(すじかいみつけ)」という広場があった江戸時代以来、多くの人が行き交う場所だった。 [引用注1:筋違見附は筋違御門と筋違橋を含む見張り番所、広場とはその周辺の八ツ小路(または八辻ヶ原)と呼ばれたja:火除地]
1872年(明治5年)には初代の万世橋が神田川に架けられた
