Description Erik Solheim, Norwegian Minister of the Environment and International Development, meeting with Salva Kiir, President of South Sudan and Vicepresident of Sudan, during a visit to Sudan. Norway is the largest donor country of development aid to Sudan to support the CPA (Comprehensive Peace Agreement) between the North and the South of the country.
