Ελληνικά: Άγιος Νικόλαος Αρχιεπίσκοπος Μύρων της Λυκίας, ο Θαυματουργός Ο άγιος Νικόλαος εικονίζεται στηθαίος, γέρων, στρογγυλογένης, σχεδόν φαλακρός, με έντονα ζυγωματικά, στον καθιερωμένο εικονογραφικό τύπο (προτομή), σε στάση μετωπική, ενδεδυμένος την αρχιερατική ενδυμασία. Φορεί ερυθρό φαιλόνιο με κολάρο, που καλύπτει το λαιμό πίσω και στα πλάγια αφήνοντας ακάλυπτο μονάχα το μπροστινό μέρος, χρυσά επιμάνικα και τεφρόλευκο ωμοφόριο κοσμημένο με μεγάλους μαύρους σταυρούς. Υψώνει το δεξί χέρι έμπροσθεν του στήθους του ευλογών, ενώ με το αριστερό κρατεί όρθιο κλειστό χρυσοποίκιλτο κώδικα ευαγγελίου. Το πάχος των σελίδων του ευαγγελίου είναι πορφυρό. Την κεφαλή του αγίου περιβάλλει εγχάρακτος φωτοστέφανος. |
