Summary[edit]

Description
English: ISS015-E-11712 (10 June 2007) --- Backdropped by rugged Earth terrain, the Space Shuttle Atlantis approaches the International Space Station during STS-117 rendezvous and docking operations. Docking occurred at 2:36 p.m. (CDT) on June 10, 2007. A pair of solar arrays and starboard truss segments (S3/S4), which are later to be attached to the station and outfitted during three spacewalks, can be seen in Atlantis' cargo bay. A docked Soyuz spacecraft is visible at right.
