English: Phi29 DNA Polymerase copies the circular template DNA. It displaces the newly synthesized strand as it replicates. The newly synthesized strand forms a ball due to the palindromic sequences in the adapter fragments. The completed DNA nanoball is 300nm wide and is ready to be adsorbed onto a flow cell. |
