In the last report ninety-eight species of Polyzoa wererecorded as occurring in the L.M.B.C. district. Since thattime numerous dredging and shore expeditions have takenplace, resulting in the addition of ten species new to thelocality. These, along with a new species, described in theprevious report as a new variety of PediceUina gracilis,bring the total number up to 109. Memhranipora flemingii, Busk, mentioned in the firstreport without any definite localities, has been met withoff Anglesey, Calf of Man, &c.
