English: Mixed teams of U.S. and Republic of Korea Marines race against one another during inflatable boat training as part of Korean Marine Exchange Program 15-13 at Baengnyeongdo, Republic of Korea, Sept. 7, 2015. Marines trained as integrated units paddling and learning to work as a team. KMEP is a regularly scheduled training event which highlights the invaluable opportunities for ROK and U.S. Marines to train and learn from each other. The U.S. Marines are assigned to 3rd Platoon, Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, currently attached to 4th Marine Regiment, III Marine Expeditionary Force, through the Unit Deployment Program.
