Summary[edit]

Description A 155mm munition moves along the Munitions Treatment Unit conveyor to the cool-down storage bin for recycling. The Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant workers performed heel testing, whereby residual agent known as “heel” was intentionally left inside munition bodies and run through the Munitions Treatment Unit to demonstrate its effectiveness with the decontamination of munition bodies.
