Summary[edit]

Description

Two 4.2-inch mortar rounds stand on a pallet after being reconfigured at the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant on April 12, 2018. Baseline reconfiguration is the removal of munitions from wooden boxes and fiberboard tubes, followed by the removal of components, such as the striker nut, ignitor cartridge, propellant wafers, pressure plate, and rotating disc to await destruction at a later date.
