Español: "Una grata sorpresa se llevaron al regresar al país, los jóvenes integrantes del equipo de cheerleaders del colegio de la Preciosa Sangre de la ciudad de Pichilemu, que ganaron hace unos días un torneo internacional de esa especialidad en la ciudad de Orlando Estados Unidos, cuando supieron luego de bajar del avión, que serian recibidos por el Presidente de la República Sebastián Piñera, luego de una gestión del gobernador de esta provincia, Julio Ibarra Maldonado.

La visita se concretó pasado el mediodía donde compartieron con el Primer Mandatario, tal cual lo han hecho los más importantes deportistas de nuestro país tras un logro destacado, lejos de nuestras fronteras.

La delegación de 28 niños y niñas de la comuna de Pichilemu tienen entre 12 y 19 años de edad y practican esta disciplina deportiva desde los 6 años. Luego de competir a nivel nacional en diferentes campeonatos, obtuvieron la posibilidad de representar a Chile en 2 torneos internacionales. En uno de ellos obtuvieron el 2do. Lugar y en el más importante el JAMFEST NATIONALS lograron ser campeones y recibieron el premio a la mejr coreografía, también compitiendo con equipos norteamericanos.

Para poder participar en este torneo, los jóvenes recibieron un aporte gestionado por la Gobernación en el nivel central y otro aporte de la municipaliodad local, además de recursos que recolectaron a través de diferentes actividades." (descripción tomada del sitio web del Gobierno de Chile)
