Summary[edit]
DescriptionPredicted Options by Khalil Berro.png |
English: "Predicted Options" is a performance piece by Khalil Berro. It is made out of nine A3-sized brown papers. Eight out of nine are painted with green spray paint. In the original position, it shows a 4 with a second trunk on the left side.
Berro moves the pieces around to create new forms. With each round, he switches up two papers and writes down, how the form changes. The whole work is about a numeric-switch-up. Even small changes can effect the whole view and whole imagery. Everything we view, is only a composition of things working together. If one thing changes, everything does as well. It goes back to the chaos theory and butterfly effect, in which Berro strongly believes in. |
