Description
Français : Ce plat traditionnel est un met de fêtes, la sauce "daghmira", accompagnant le poulet, est une sauce épaisse et très réduite, faite d'oignons confits, de morceaux très fin de foie de volaille et d'autres abats de volaille et d'un mélange très parfumé d'épices (safran, gingembre, cannelle). Il est de coutume aussi de garnir le plat d'amandes grillées et de quarts d’œufs.
