Description
English: Sessão Deliberativa Remota (SDR) do Senado Federal realizada a partir da sala de controle da Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informação (Prodasen).

Na ordem do dia, o PL 3.819/2020, que restaura a obrigatoriedade da prévia licitação do serviço público de transporte coletivo interestadual e internacional de passageiros; o PL 3.877/2020, que autoriza o acolhimento de depósitos voluntários de instituições financeiras pelo Banco Central; e o Projeto de Lei Complementar (PLP) 19/2019, que estabelece requisitos para nomeação e demissão do presidente e dos diretores do Banco Central, bem como vedações aos ocupantes do cargo.

Toma posse o senador Carlos Portinho (PSD-RJ) em virtude do falecimento do senador titular, Arolde de Oliveira, em 21 de outubro.

Presidente do Senado Federal, senador Davi Alcolumbre (DEM-AP), conduz sessão.

Participam: secretário-geral da Mesa do Senado Federal, Luiz Fernando Bandeira de Mello Filho; deputado Hugo Leal (PSD-RJ); governador em exercício do Rio de Janeiro, Cláudio Castro.
