Description
العربية: دورة الحياة الخلوية للفيروس السنجابي (فيروس شلل الأطفال). (1) تبدأ بارتباط الفيروس بالجزيء الضخم CD155 في غشاء الخلية والذي يعمل كمستقبل. (2) تتم إزالة كساء الرنا الفيروسي بواسطة زعزعة استقرار قفيصة الفيروس المعتَمِدة على المستقبِل. (3) يتم قص البروتين الفيروسي VPg بواسطة إنزيم فسفودايستراز الخلوي، وتحدث ترجمة الرنا الفيروسي بواسطة آلية مستقلة عن التقبيع (يؤديها IRES). (4) تُنتج معالجة عديد البروتين الفيروسي بالتحليل بروتينات بنيوية وغير بنيوية ناضجة. (5) تعمل سلسلة الرنا موجبة الاتجاه كقالب لتخليق سلسلة مكملة سالبة الاتجاه، ومنه إنتاج رنا مزدوج السلاسل (هيئة قابل للنسخ أو تنسخية RF). (6) بدء نسخ العديد من السلاسل الموجبة من سلسلة واحدة سالبة يُنتِج الوسيط المنتسخ ذو السلسلة المفردة جزئيا الي. (7) أو يرتبط بقفيصات أولية ليخضعا لعملية التقفيص وتحفيز قص البروتين VP0 ونضوجه. (8) والذي في النهاية يؤدي إلى إنتاج فيروسات سنجابية جديدة (ذرية). (9) انحلال الخلية المصابة بالعدوى يحرر فيروسات الجديدة المُعْدِية.
