Summary[edit]

Description Planck's radiation law (dependence of emissivity of blackbody surface on the wavelength and temperature). Log-log scale is necessary to display the curves for a large spread in temperature. The vertical dashed lines confine the visible spectral range. The slanted dotted line indicates the Wien's displacement law.
